  • Where's my order? How long will it take to get to me?

    As stated on the front page of Tribute's online store, it can take anywhere up to 6 weeks to receive your order. This is mainly due to Tribute's touring schedule. Upon return, it will be filled and shipped.

    If you have a confirmation/order number, it has already been received by our office.

  • My USB isn't working. What do I do?

    Firstly, understand that Tribute Quartet has no connection nor information with or about the operating system with which you are trying to access your USB music. Tribute Quartet is only providing a potential product outsourced by an external manufacturing company.

    Be sure the stick in question is compatible with the operating system with which you are utilizing to play the music.

    After eliminating operating system issues, if you still feel you have a faulty USB thumb drive, you can return it to the address below with a note specifying the faulty nature of the USB drive. As soon as our office receives your product, we will have our shipment office send another.

    Unless printed within the CD packaging, there are no lyrics currently obtainable from the office of Tribute.
