Dr. Stanley loved Alaska! Every year, he eagerly anticipated the opportunity to immerse himself in the beauty of God's creation, to capture its grandeur through his photography lens, and to worship amidst the awe-inspiring landscapes.

Dr. Stanley found solace and inspiration in the vast wilderness of Alaska, where every glacier, mountain, and fjord seemed to speak of divine craftsmanship. His camera lens was his tool for capturing these moments, preserving them as reminders of God's majesty.

But it wasn't just the scenery that drew Dr. Stanley back year after year. It was also the sense of community, the shared experience of worshiping together under the vast Alaskan sky. As the ship sailed through icy waters, Dr. Stanley enjoyed listening to his favorite music artists, their melodies weaving through the air like prayers offered to heaven.

In 2025, In Touch Ministries is partnering with IMC’s Gospel Music Celebration and will embark on an Alaska Cruise featuring Greater Vision, Ernie Haase & Signature Sound, TaRanda Greene, Booth Brothers, Jim and Melissa Brady, Liberty Quartet, Tribute Quartet, Stan Whitmire, and more. Special highlights will include the Gospel Music Hymn Sing hosted by Gerald Wolfe and a special evening performance of the Cathedrals Family Reunion. 

Though Dr. Stanley may no longer be with us, his spirit lives on in the memories we share and the traditions we continue.
